I accept Paypal payment only for international. You can check out with your debit/credit card even if you don't have a Paypal account.

WHY MY CARD KEEP GETTING REJECTED?

When a payment fails most likely something on the internal side of the card, you need to contact your bank to know if there is a lock or anything on your card.
